By accessing, browsing, or using the Turnkey Rentals website, submitting a rental application, or using any related online services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website and do not submit a rental request.

02. About Turnkey Rentals

Turnkey Rentals is operated by Turnkey Investment Group LLC and provides private vehicle rental services in Memphis, Tennessee and surrounding areas.

We offer convenient short-term and weekly rental options designed for qualified drivers who need reliable transportation without the traditional rental-car process. Vehicle availability, pricing, eligibility requirements, and rental terms may vary and are subject to approval.

03. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle through Turnkey Rentals, applicants must meet our basic eligibility and verification requirements.

• Renters must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid and unexpired driver's license is required.
• Two forms of identification must be provided.
• Two acceptable proofs of current address must be provided.
• Additional verification may be required before approval.

Meeting these requirements does not guarantee rental approval or vehicle availability.

04. Rental Applications and Approval

Submitting a rental application or rental request does not guarantee approval, vehicle availability, a specific vehicle, or a pickup date.

Turnkey Rentals may review and verify the information provided in an application, including identity, driver information, address documentation, and other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.

Turnkey Rentals reserves the right to approve or decline an application based on verification results, vehicle availability, incomplete or inaccurate information, safety concerns, or other legitimate business considerations.

05. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all personal, contact, identification, licensing, payment, and other information provided to Turnkey Rentals is true, accurate, current, and complete.

Providing false, misleading, fraudulent, or unverifiable information may result in denial or cancellation of a rental request, termination of an active rental, and any other action permitted under the applicable rental agreement or law.

If a deposit or payment has already been made, whether any amount is refundable or retained will be determined by the applicable rental agreement and the circumstances of the cancellation.

06. Vehicle Availability

Vehicle availability is subject to change based on active rentals, maintenance, repairs, delayed returns, safety concerns, and other operational needs.

Submitting a rental request does not guarantee a specific make, model, year, color, vehicle, or pickup date unless specifically confirmed by Turnkey Rentals.

If the requested vehicle is unavailable, Turnkey Rentals may offer another available vehicle or alternative rental option. Any payments, deposits, credits, or refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable rental agreement and the circumstances of the reservation.

07. Pricing, Deposits, Fees, and Payments

Rental rates, security deposits, extension charges, late fees, and other applicable costs will be disclosed before the rental is finalized and may vary based on the rental term, vehicle, availability, and current pricing.

A security deposit may be required before a vehicle is released. Deposits are subject to the terms of the applicable rental agreement and may be reduced or forfeited for damages, smoking, excessive cleaning, unpaid charges, contract violations, or other amounts owed by the renter.

Additional charges may apply for late returns, unauthorized extensions, tolls or citations, damage, excessive cleaning, smoking, vehicle recovery, or other expenses caused during the rental period.

All required rental payments and deposits must be received through a payment method accepted by Turnkey Rentals. A rental is not confirmed or extended until the required payment has been received and accepted.

08. Separate Rental Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Turnkey Rentals website and online application process. They do not replace the separate rental agreement required for an actual vehicle rental.

Before taking possession of a vehicle, an approved renter may be required to enter into a binding rental agreement containing additional terms regarding vehicle use, payments, deposits, extensions, late returns, smoking, damages, geographic restrictions, maintenance responsibilities, vehicle recovery, and other rental-specific obligations.

09. Prohibited Website Use

You may not use the Turnkey Rentals website, rental application, or related online services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive purpose.

Prohibited activity includes submitting false or fraudulent information, impersonating another person, uploading altered or deceptive documents, attempting unauthorized access to the website or its systems, interfering with website functionality, introducing malicious code, or using automated tools to misuse forms or services.

Turnkey Rentals may restrict access to the website, decline an application, or take other appropriate action when misuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity is suspected.

10. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The Turnkey Rentals name, logo, branding, website design, written content, graphics, photographs, videos, and other materials appearing on this website are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Turnkey Investment Group LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or use website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Turnkey Investment Group LLC or the applicable rights holder.

Nothing on this website grants any license or ownership interest in Turnkey Rentals branding, content, or intellectual property.

11. Third-Party Services

The Turnkey Rentals website may rely on third-party service providers for functions such as website hosting, online forms, communications, payment processing, document handling, analytics, and other business-related services.

Turnkey Rentals is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or errors caused by internet outages, third-party service providers, technical failures, maintenance, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Turnkey Rentals and Turnkey Investment Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from the use of, inability to use, or technical operation of this website, rental application, or related online services.

Turnkey Rentals is not responsible for losses caused solely by website outages, third-party service interruptions, internet failures, delayed electronic communications, or other technical circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability for negligence, wrongful conduct, or any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Renter Responsibility and Vehicle Liability

The renter is responsible for the safe, lawful, and authorized possession and operation of the rental vehicle during the rental period and must comply with the applicable rental agreement and all applicable laws.

To the extent permitted by law, Turnkey Rentals and Turnkey Investment Group LLC are not liable solely by reason of ownership of a rental vehicle for injury, death, or property damage arising from the renter's use, operation, or possession of that vehicle.

Federal law, including the Graves Amendment, 49 U.S.C. § 30106, generally limits vicarious liability imposed on businesses engaged in renting or leasing motor vehicles solely because they own the vehicle.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit responsibility for negligence or criminal wrongdoing attributable to Turnkey Rentals or Turnkey Investment Group LLC, or any obligation that cannot legally be limited.

15. Privacy

Turnkey Rentals respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.

Information collected through the Turnkey Rentals website, rental application, verification process, communications, and related services may include contact information, identification details, driver information, address documentation, payment-related information, uploaded documents, and other information reasonably necessary to evaluate and manage rental requests.

Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy .

16. Changes to These Terms

Turnkey Rentals may update or revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, rental processes, or applicable legal requirements.

Any updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Unless otherwise required by law, changes become effective when the updated Terms are posted.

Your continued use of the Turnkey Rentals website or online services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Turnkey Rentals website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating specifically to an active vehicle rental may also be governed by the terms and dispute provisions contained in the applicable rental agreement.

Nothing in this section is intended to prevent the application of any law or jurisdictional requirement that cannot legally be waived or modified.
